WhilewearealltiedtogetherthroughSAIEwewillallbeseparatedshortlyaseachoneofuscontinuesonourjourney.Someofuswillmeetagain,whileforothersthiswillbeoneofourlasttimestogether.Whatismostimportanttorememberwhenyouleavehereistorememberthosefriendsyouhavemadeandrememberallofthefuntimesthatyouhadhereovertheyears.Ialsohopethatyouwillremembersomeoftheknowledgethatyouhavelearnedalongtheway.

Youarepreparingyourselvesfortheadventureoflife.Someofus;manyofuswillbecrossingoceanstomeetthechallengeoflifethatawaityou.Donotspoiltheopportunitythathasbeenaffordedtoyou,theopportunitythatyouhaveearned.Yourschool,yourparents,yourteachers,yourfriends,andyourselfhavecontributedtoyoursuccessuptothispoint,butwecantakeyounofurther.Thisisasfarasthisshipcansail.Therearemanypathsandchoicesthatlayahead,youandonlyyoumustchoosefromthepathsthataresetbeforeyou.Asyouchoosefromthevariouspaths;choosewisely,assomepathsmayleadyoubacktowhereyoubeganandyouwillbegivenanotheropportunitywhileotherpathswillleadtoanirreversibleonewaystreetandthatisaroadyouneverwanttofindyourselfon.Itisnowuptoyoutotakethetoolsyouhaveandusethem,andapplythemtoyourfutureendeavors.Themotherbirdisnowpushingherchildrenoutofthenest,anditistheirtimetofly.Someofusinthisroomwithcrosstheoceanmanytimes,someofusmaynotbereturningtoChinaforalongtimetocome,onlyyouknowwhatyourlifewillbeasitisinyourhandsnow.Makethemostofit.

引領(lǐng)自己穿越變革

尊敬的家長們，同事們，親愛的同學(xué)們，親愛的博納畢業(yè)班同學(xué)們，祝賀你們用自己的努力，近兩年來高強(qiáng)度的訓(xùn)練和學(xué)習(xí)，穿越了時空，地理與學(xué)術(shù)，從博納學(xué)校走向了卓越，成為了世界一流大學(xué)的準(zhǔn)學(xué)生，祝賀你們!

我的寄語從最近兩屆博納校友在微信的直播分享開始，我們聽到的是諸多在大洋彼岸個人奮斗的故事。博納的學(xué)長們勤奮刻苦，以每天數(shù)小時的作業(yè)扛下了美國小鎮(zhèn)了漫長的嚴(yán)冬和學(xué)期。他們也有經(jīng)歷壓力很大的時候，有學(xué)長不忌諱地提及自己尋求心理醫(yī)生舒緩壓力的經(jīng)歷。他們要克服語言不通的問題，有學(xué)長會主動地跟美國同學(xué)交朋友，克服文化上的差異，讓個人的真誠誠懇去感染異鄉(xiāng)的朋友。他們要克服居住環(huán)境的不如意，因為他們比身邊的同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)都要刻苦，不去把時間耗費(fèi)到深夜玩游戲上。他們不斷地為自己規(guī)劃未來，思考著如何一步步合理高效地完成美國本科的學(xué)業(yè)。我們聽到的都是3.6，3.8，3.9的GPA，這些都是進(jìn)一步邁向美國頂尖大學(xué)研究生院的節(jié)奏。

我不禁要自問，是什么樣的博納教育讓畢業(yè)生們能夠在大洋彼岸展現(xiàn)出卓越和才華?

我的回答，在博納日日夜夜中，我們的兩屆畢業(yè)生已經(jīng)學(xué)會了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)自己。最簡單的，博納的升學(xué)指導(dǎo)并不是全程代勞，而是用畫龍點(diǎn)睛的技術(shù)激發(fā)學(xué)生去DIY，正是這樣的高回報人力投資過程，讓我們的學(xué)生學(xué)會了一分投入一分回報，學(xué)會在漫長的申請季中去管理自己，調(diào)整自己，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)自己。是的，Leadership,在博納學(xué)校你不需要官銜和稱號，你就可以成為一名Leader,因為你在學(xué)會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)自己。只有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好自己，你的未來才能引領(lǐng)變革，企業(yè)和社會!

從過去三十年起，我們一直處在一個快速變革的時代。我記得我自己獲得全獎前往美國留學(xué)時僅僅念想著當(dāng)一名物理學(xué)家。殊不知，1992年柏林墻倒塌，前蘇聯(lián)解體，冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束，在加上1987年美國股市的暴跌，我面前的世界是我們毫無準(zhǔn)備的世界。我和很多美國同學(xué)一樣在異鄉(xiāng)面臨著艱難的轉(zhuǎn)型，否則多年的高等教育的延伸線就是失業(yè)。想象一下，這對一位從僵化體制走出來留學(xué)生是多么大的挑戰(zhàn)。我記得，改革開放初期國內(nèi)也經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生失業(yè)的現(xiàn)象，但那時的人們只會抱怨“學(xué)得再好不如有一個好爸爸“。思路決定出路，轉(zhuǎn)型成為了時代的主旋律。在轉(zhuǎn)型中，我們不知不覺地學(xué)會了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)自己，從而我們學(xué)會了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)變革。

博納畢業(yè)班同學(xué)經(jīng)歷一番洗禮，即將升入畢業(yè)班的同學(xué)也將經(jīng)歷這樣一番吃苦的過程。吃苦是我們中華文化的底蘊(yùn)。但是苦有生活之苦和學(xué)習(xí)之苦。生活在富裕年代的同學(xué)可以減少生活之苦，但是從博納走向卓越，我們依然要經(jīng)歷學(xué)習(xí)之苦。我借助引用的一段話告訴同學(xué)們成才道路上的學(xué)習(xí)之苦?！吧畹目嗫梢员黄诼楸?被娛樂轉(zhuǎn)移,無論如何只要還生存著,行尸走肉也可以得過且過,最終習(xí)以為常,可以稱之為鈍化.學(xué)習(xí)的苦在于,你始終要敏銳的觸感,保持清醒的認(rèn)知和豐沛的感情,這不妨叫銳化."

親愛的博納同學(xué)們，暑假馬上到了，大家好好的休息，享受詩與遠(yuǎn)方，當(dāng)你們仰望星空，暢想未來時，別忘了你首先要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好自己，經(jīng)得起學(xué)習(xí)之苦，才能擁有美好的未來!
